Once your orders are shipped, you will receive the notification of the shipment and the tracking numbers to your email, so you can track your orders.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of:

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
You will need to responsible for the import customs duty and tax in your country. We do not responsible with the failure of delivery if you refuse to pay any duty or tax that are required in your country.

The condition where you are eligible for a refund.
If the product significantly different or broken, and We can discuss refund with these 3 options
1. You can either keep the item & receive a partial refund.
2. Return it and get Full Refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
3. We send reshipment for new item for you without paying again.
4. You do not receive your orders more than 60 days, which the orders might be lost during the shipment since the tracking are not updating anymore.

We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged when you received the item. We could not help you with your claim if it is more than 3 days after you have received the item.
When your exchange request is granted
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There will be a shipping cost for the reshipment of your exchange request, it will be $30/per item. We can not give you free shipping for exchange service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you must also declare the item value as $20 to avoid the customs tax, when we receive your return item.
