Extremely good quality shoes but takes more than usual time to deliver the item. My shoes took more than 35 days to arrive and the tracking system is always not up to date and does not show exact location where the item shipped is. You need extreme patience. Very frustrating wait. Don’t plan an ocassion hoping your item would have arrived. This rating is based on the product itself rather than the process. Excellent shoe quality though.
