I got the largest size available and it fits tight and well. And that was a 3XL. I am 6'0 and 165 lbs. So I have a fit physique with some muscle. I don't know why these sizes are this small because I don't think men in any part of the world are this size. But if I had ordered any other size it would've not fit me at all. So most Americans will run a 2XL or a 3XL but I'd be safe and get a 3XL. If you're really muscular and taller than 6'1 I don't think this shirt would fit very well. It is a a very cool shirt though and I have gotten compliments.
