Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
We process the order 1-7 days depending on order volume.
For the USA, Canada, Australia, France, UK, You will receive your item in approximately 15-30 days.
Other Europe Countries and Asian Countries 30-40 days.
30-60 days Maximum for deliveries to Brazil, Mexico, South Africa.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of:
1.Missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
2.You are not responding to the customs or our email to contact the customs or your local post office about your package's clearance.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
Customs duty or tax in buyer's country will be the buyer's responsibilities.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or return and exchange are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The condition where you are eligible for a refund.
If the product significantly different or broken, and We can discuss refund with these 3 options
1. You can either keep the item & receive a partial refund.
2. Return it and get Full Refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
3. We send reshipment for new item for you without paying again.
4. You do not receive your orders more than 60 days, which the orders might be lost during the shipment since the tracking are not updating anymore.
All refund & return request must be made within 7 days after the product is delivered or after on-time delivery period.
Right now we also requiring Paypal Account to refund.
Please provide the purchase proof & Paypal email address so I can transfer your refund. buyer must pay the Overseas fee of Paypal ( if there is ).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Return and exchange for sale item may be accepted due to our errors.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and we will provide you our return address in China ( for exchange purpose ) or send your item to our warehouse at

When your exchange request is granted
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There will be a shipping cost for the reshipment of your exchange request, it will be $30/per item. We can not give you free shipping for exchange service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you must also declare the item value as $20 to avoid the customs tax, when we receive your return item.
Re-shipment (if applicable)
We will do reshipment for you if the package is lost during the shipment by the shipping company. ( after the confirmation by the shipping company that the package is lost).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
